Its staff and location were superb that's why I appreciated the place. Lots of food available in the restaurant.

Had every detail wanted for our weekend, appreciated food and people. We got a spotless room with a comfortable bed. Everything was excellent, including cozy room decor. Our check-in took a while.

The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying an excellent area, adjacent to the restaurant, bars, shops and restaurants. The property provided great prices. All in all everything was really good, yet we had a bit small bathroom.

We loved hotel's location and rooms. A 15-minute walk can take you to the train station.

We liked location and staff here. Such a really great stay which was the main reason for our visit.

The venue is stylish, clean and the location is unbeatable adjacent to centre.

The place was clean and had a quiet atmosphere. The hotel had a very central location and it was within walking distance of a rare church.

I spent an enjoyable time here, would recommend to anyone. Sensational breakfast, prime location and attentive staff. The room was bright and huge as I wanted.

Contemporary, immaculately clean place, everything was wonderful, including staff and rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed that it was not too far from L6 Leeds Wade Lane bus station.

Came here for city break, recommendable.

A quiet hotel in Leeds. Breakfast with hot drink available and toast.

A such great way to end my weekend. I liked very good staff and location, and so much more.

Highly professional venue, fantastic value for money. Absolutely ideal location and nice modern great modern room. Food was good and staff was amicable. Plenty of supplies in the room: flat-screen TV, a writing desk and an electronic key card.

Room was beautiful, breakfast was excellent, bed was big. Good staff, provided friendly service and was always available. Street view here was pleasant! Super location, within easy walking distance of the grand theatre and opera house leeds.

Staff were warm, so we thoroughly enjoyed our being there. They gave us a twin room with comfortable bed, free breakfast, for example. Location right by centre, shops, main attractions. Besides, it was easy to get to leeds cathedral. Our stay was a fabulous experience.

There was no breakfast which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

The hotel was fabulous and clean, immaculate rooms. The service was excellent too. There were a wide range of restaurants and bars not far from the building.

It was a such wonderful time staying at this low budget hotel. I loved staying here, the location was fab. Employees were knowledgeable and fabulous. Good-sized, impeccably clean room with a comfortable bed, nice shower. Generally everything was perfect, even so the bathroom was extremely small.

it is a pretty basic hotel and i liked its very light rooms and efficient personnel. there is a superb indoor restaurant. good value and perfect service.

This hotel was really good value. Very bright family queen room, soft beds. The location was privileged, relatively close to kirkgate market...

Polite staff, our room was clean and compact. A continental breakfast, it was HOT. The room was big size and had essentials we needed.

Worth its 3 stars. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

Free WiFi was available; the breakfast was FREE. An air conditioning, an electronic key card and TV inside the king room where handy. There's Chopstix Noodle Bar with nice shots right at the venue.

A few steps away from The Merchant, where you can have lunch. Lovely base for a holiday in Leeds:)))
